and will be peer-reviewed. 

Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IsCait 2015 Proceedings and submitted

to IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex as well as other major indexing services.

Good paper will be recommended to be published by EI/SCOPUS/SCIE regular journals.

   Authors are invited to submit full papers (IEEE standard format, double column, 10-point font, 6 pages maximum with 2 additional pages allowed but at an extra charge) for publication in the Proceedings.
